Very well worth the money!
This place looks relative new, is very clean and has alot more space than any other hotel we stayed in. It also have a washing machine, microwave and kitchen bench with sink and small stove top. The price is really good for what's worth. It is a bit far from the popular Dotonbori but still within walking distance of 20 mins ish. Coin laundry is also just a couple of blocks away which is so convenient. You can also leave your suitcase there before check in time.
We tried to ask them for help to call our next accommodation, as we struggled contacting our Ryokan which needs a bus to go up the mountain. We didn't have Japanese phone number or email contact to the ryokan. They refused to help and tell us to stay in their hotel instead.
